Intellectual property

Once an engagement begins, the website I build for you — along with its domain, Google Business Profile and analytics — is registered in your name from day one, and you own it. A free draft homepage that you decline stays with me. This site's brand and content remain mine.

Liability

The site is provided “as is.” I'm not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
