I measure it
Google’s PageSpeed Insights loads your homepage on a mid-range phone and times when the main content appears. That number is Google’s, not mine — run it yourself at pagespeed.web.dev and you’ll get the same one.

I put a price on it
Google’s own bounce research says how many visitors give up at your speed. Multiply by your traffic and what a customer is worth, and you have a monthly figure. Every step shown, nothing hidden.

You decide
A 15-minute screen share to see what is causing it and whether you can fix it yourself. Often you can, and I say so. When it is the platform, I tell you that too.
Why this matters
Speed is not a technical detail. It is the front door.
A customer searching “near me” on a phone in a parking lot gives your site about three seconds before going back to the results and tapping the next one. Here is the research behind the numbers.

Is that dollar figure real money I am losing?
It is an estimate, and I show you every step of the arithmetic so you can argue with it. What is not an estimate is your load time and your Google score — those are measured directly from your site by Google’s own PageSpeed Insights. The money is what that measured delay implies when you apply published bounce-rate research to your own traffic and your own customer value. Change any input and the number changes with it.
What if my site turns out to be fast?
Then I tell you that, plainly, and the number comes back at zero. Plenty of them do. If your site is quick and the phone still is not ringing, speed is not your problem — it is usually your Google Business Profile, your reviews, or the fact that you are not in the map pack for the searches that matter. That is a different conversation and I'm happy to have it.
Why do you need my email?
To send the written version, and because I would rather talk to people who want to hear from me. The measurement itself is free without one — you have already seen it. After the report, if you do not book a call, you get two short follow-ups over the following week and then nothing. Not a newsletter, not a sequence, and never sold on. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.
Can I not just fix this myself?
Sometimes, yes — and the teardown will tell you when that is the case. Oversized photos are the single most common cause and a lot of owners can sort that out in an afternoon. What is harder is a page builder or theme that loads a megabyte of scripts before anything appears; that usually needs the site rebuilt rather than tuned. I will tell you which one you have got before you spend a dollar.
